My mission is to support individuals, teams, and businesses in rediscovering their potential, boosting performance, and finding more happiness in both work and life.
I bring a unique blend of leadership development, well-being, and yoga to the table. I combine my years of experience in business with mindful practices to create meaningful, lasting change.
I’m also a fan of a cold water dip! The clarity and energy it brings are my reset button, helping me stay grounded and focused. It’s amazing what a simple moment like that can do for your mind and body.
As a dedicated and experienced people development consultant, with over 30 years of experience in finance, retail, and manufacturing—from corporates to family-run businesses and global brands, I’m here to help your organisation unlock its potential by empowering your people. With a blend of strategic insight, cultural transformation, leadership development and a strong emphasis on well- being equity and inclusion, I ensure sustainable growth and a thriving, motivated workforce.
I believe prioritising resilience, well-being, and purpose empowers people to overcome challenges, drive innovation, and achieve peak performance.
I develop and deliver impactful learning initiatives and workshops (in-person and online), provide coaching and mentoring, and facilitate unique events (as a qualified yoga teacher).

Outside of work, I'm a dedicated yoga teacher, which helps me maintain balance and flexibility in all aspects of life. I’m the proud mother of a 15-year-old son, who keeps me on my toes and reminds me of the importance of curiosity and resilience. Additionally, I serve as Chair of Governors at a local school, where I champion education and development for the next generation.
I collaborate with leaders and executive board to map, create, and execute strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating business performance and enhancing employee engagement.
Launched programmes to bring values and ethics to life, building an inclusive, value-driven environment, supporting neurodiversity, ensuring all employees feel valued and empowered.
Developed new performance review processes and competency frameworks to drive values-based behaviours aligned to the training and competence scheme.
Designed an onboarding program that won the Princess Royal Training Award for Excellence in 2021.
Developed a tailored coaching model that was implemented and integrated, working with the executive team, key leaders and managers to increase competence and ability to effectively manage performance.
Supported leaders in achieving L3 & L5 qualifications through a bespoke leadership apprenticeship program and ILM center status.
Developed and rolled out bespoke sales process and up- skilled employees resulting in increased performance and customer satisfaction scores.
Led a Business Excellence initiative using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, achieving significant business savings.
Rolled out Insights Discovery profiling tool, including team and sales effectiveness, enhancing communication and employee engagement.
Designed and delivered award-winning training programmes that boosted sales performance and enhanced both employee and B2B confidence.
