Is This It? is a live, interactive online event for women who feel stuck, uncertain or ready to rethink what might be possible.

Inspired by my own experience of redundancy and many honest conversations with women navigating career changes, perimenopause, changing relationships, children leaving home and shifts in confidence, this is an opportunity to pause and reconnect with yourself.

Through thoughtful reflection, practical exercises and supportive conversation, we’ll explore what may be keeping you stuck, recognise the experience and strengths you already have, and help you identify one meaningful step forward.
